Rodrigo Machado focuses on regulated sectors, especially in the electricity sector, with emphasis on regulatory and transactional issues. His experience ranges from designing complex generation and transmission projects, to supporting transactions involving companies in the sector.  

 

Representing national and foreign companies, he works in areas such as generation, trading, transmission and distribution. In addition, Rodrigo offers advice on administrative proceedings before the National Agency of Electric Power (ANEEL) and other related litigation matters. His expertise also extends to supporting infrastructure companies in project development, renewable energy, auctions, public-private partnerships, and general public law issues.
