Paulo Andrade
Paulo has extensive experience in administrative and judicial tax litigation, including in higher courts, with emphasis on indirect taxation. His expertise extends to providing essential tax support to a diverse set of local and international companies in various sectors including mining, retail and the electricity sector.
He was a contributing member of the Municipal Tax Council of São Paulo – CMT/SP (2012/2016) and a contributing judge of the Tax Court – TIT of the Treasury Department/SP (2020/2023), during which time he dealt with the main controversies related to the Tax on Services of Any Nature (ISS) and the State Goods and Services Tax (ICMS).
