Patrícia Lima

Patrícia focuses on Tax Law, with emphasis on highly complex judicial and administrative litigation related to federal, state and municipal taxes. She advises national and international clients on risk assessment and their representation with the bodies, on issues related to the regulation of legislation, installments, amnesties, special regime, reimbursement and formal consultation.

She has extensive experience in tax burden reduction projects, involving a formal consultation procedure or lawsuit, as well as in disputes regarding customs and social security.
