Patrícia Alvarenga

Patrícia has experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating corporate contracts in national and international transactions involving acquisitions or sales of equity interests, constitution of joint ventures and transactions for trading assets.

Her work also covers the structuring of governance rules and guidelines on compliance with respect to corporate and regulatory issues, in addition to advisory services and preparing opinions on complex corporate issues involving closed and publicly held companies. Patrícia has worked throughout her career in transactions focused on the mining sector, banking, transportation, logistics and technology.
