Marina Freire
Marina is a specialist in Environmental Law and Management and has over 13 years of practical experience in environmental law. She is widely recognized and respected in her area of practice, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and skills. With a preventive and strategic look, she offers advisory services and administrative litigation assistance to clients from various sectors of the economy, in the most varied topics involving environmental law.
She has extensive expertise in environmental licensing, telecommunications, biodiversity, access to genetic heritage and associated traditional knowledge. Marina leads environmental practices of our firm’s ESG working group, aligned with some of the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations.
