Marcos Tranchesi Ortiz
Marcos has extensive experience in tax litigation, both in the administrative and judicial spheres, including the higher courts. His expertise focuses especially on direct taxes, with emphasis on the taxation of income of individuals and companies.
Marcos was a member of the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals of the Ministry of Finance (CARF) and the Superior Chamber of Tax Appeals (CSRF) between 2008 and 2014, appointed to this position by the National Confederation of Health (CNS).
