Marcelo Cosac
Cosac focuses on financing transactions in general, financing in specific sectors, such as real estate, infrastructure and agribusiness, issuance of securities representing debt, formation of investment funds, public offerings of securities and securitization of receivables, in the local and international markets. He also works in debt restructuring deals.
He often represents creditors, debtors, guarantors, investors, asset management companies, investment banks, issuers and borrowers in various transactions in these markets.
