Leonardo Di Cola
Leonardo has expertise in structuring and public offering of structured investment funds (FIDC, FIP and FII), securitization through Receivables Certificates, debt operations and regulatory matters involving the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
In addition, Di Cola has extensive experience in investment funds, which is reflected in his active participation in advising financial institutions, managers, structurers and investors. He is widely recognized by peers for his experience in capital markets and regulatory issues.

Law creates bonds for investment in Infrastructure
Law 14,801, published on January 9, 2024:
• creates infrastructure bonds;
• amends the legal framework of incentivized bonds; and
• amends Law 11,478/07, which deals with the taxation of FIP-IE (Private Equity Investment Fund in Infrastructure), FIP PD&I (Private Equity Investment Fund in Innovation, Research and Development) and FI-Infra (Investment Fund in Infrastructure).
