Leonardo’s work focuses on dispute resolution and private infrastructure projects. His litigation practice showcases his experience in strategic matters involving M&A, financial and capital markets, corporate issues, commercial contracts, concessions and public-private partnerships. He has experience in advising on multi-jurisdictional issues related to Brazilian law.

 

Throughout his trajectory, he stands out for his work on valuation methods and models in companies and in projects of a different nature, quantification of damages in the stock market and in construction contracts, fraudulent schemes in investment funds, shareholder purchase claims, cancellation of concession contracts and public-private partnerships and violation of non-compete obligations of soccer athletes. In advisory work, he is mainly dedicated to the negotiation of private contracts and structuring of infrastructure projects. He is most active in agribusiness, oil and gas, steel, mining, energy, sanitation, transport, logistics and heavy construction.
