Fabio Alem

Fabio supervises and leads international and domestic arbitration matters, as well as strategic judicial matters, especially on commercial M&A disputes, construction and infrastructure contracts, as well as commercial contracts related to specific sectors of the industry, such as sportainment and banking. Fabio is often appointed to act as an arbitrator in several arbitration institutions. He has accumulated experience in out-of-court and court-supervised restructuring matters, in addition to acting in investigations and cases related to compliance and antitrust. Fabio also works on special situations (trading of stressed assets) and sportainment projects, providing support to the firm’s transactional area. Fabio has experience in other jurisdictions, having worked in firms in the USA and Spain.
