Madrona Fialho’s corporate governance promotes security and transparency in our business and in our community, integrating itself with the internal structure and decision making.
We have professionalized administrative management, and our practice areas are organized into business units.
Our decision structure consists of:
Partners’ meeting: we are a true partnership, giving equal voice to each partner, whose decisions are taken by majority vote.
Partner’s Career Monitoring and Management Committee (CAGC): 5 members, 3 partners, People and Management director and 1 independent external consultant. Board of Directors: 5 members elected at a general meeting, with a 3-year term, whose decisions are based on our strategic planning.
Governing Board: 5 members elected at a general meeting, with a 3-year term, whose decisions are based on our strategic.

Our corporate governance works toward mitigating reputational, institutional and financial risks.
We maintain and apply our Code of Conduct and Ethics, which deals with topics such as discrimination, corruption, reporting of complaints, money laundering, among others. In addition, we have an internal reporting channel.

Madrona Fialho’s pro bono work serves institutions that adhere to the health and human education pillars, in accordance with our ESG strategic planning.
The pro bono work, overseen by our ESG Working Group, offers legal assistance to entities that develop human education and health programs.
