We are a full-service law firm resulting from the merger, in February 2023, between Madrona Advogados, a São Paulo law firm founded in 2015, and Fialho Salles, a Minas Gerais law firm founded in 2006.

We are approximately 250 professionals, 44 of whom are partners, and we offer integrated and multidisciplinary service  to support our clients in all types of projects, including the most complex ones, and in all their legal needs.

We have offices in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte. We operate nationally, via a network of partners and correspondents.

We are prepared to assist our clients outside Brazil, in partnership with large firms in several jurisdictions. These partnerships, including the one we have with AGA, allow the firm to operate in cross-border transactions and support clients in demands that require knowledge of foreign legislation.
